BASICS

By commissioning me or buying an adopt off of me, you are automatically agreeing to my T.O.S. My T.O.S is subject to change overtime, I will post updates when I do so but it is ultimately up to you to check in.I am not responsible for any negligence to reading this T.O.SAll past, present, & future designs or commissions apply.Any breach of this T.O.S may result in a blacklisting/auto block.Feel free to ask any questions relating to my t.o.s!
✦Commissions are public unless asked to keep private.
✦I am allowed to deny any commission under any circumstances.✦I do not do slot holds✦Wips are available upon request. I may send wips spontaneously but that may not always be the case. To see how far along I am on your commission, visit my Trello✦I sometimes take rush fees but I try to work in order of what I'm feeling most motivation for.✦I do not take deadlines (unless for small commissions: pixels, wiggle icons, ask!)✦I usually leave updates on my instagram if a situation comes up that prevents me from working on art.✦Once I have started your commission, please do not change your character.

USAGE

✦DO NOT: remove watermarks, draw over any commission (adoptables excluded), trace over any design or commission, color pick any design colors to make your own characters/design, sell your adopt for more than you've purchased it for (unless it comes with art since you've purchased it), pester me for updates on commissions, use a commission as an nft/for AI, use my designs & art for discriminating/immoral reasons (see blacklist)✦DO:Make animations of your characters, include your characters in zines/comics/books, draw over my designs to make MINOR edits,

DESIGNS

✦I do NOT take refunds for finished designs or adoptables. They are sold as is.✦You are more than welcome to make changes to any adopts I make, as long as they're somewhat recognizable to the original when compared.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS

✦Payment upfront. I will not start your commission/give you ownership of an adopt until I have received the payment. If I haven't received the payment within 48 hours, I will cancel your commission.✦Payment plans are available for commissions/adopts over: $130. Please note I will need at least 25% of the payment upfront & we can discuss the rest!✦All sales are final unless I haven't finished your commission within my turnaround time (anywhere between a week or a month for small commissions, however bigger ones may take me between 2-4 months. Please do NOT commission me if you aren't willing to wait.)✦I currently am accepting payments through: Cashapp, Paypal, Apple pay, or Venmo USD ONLY. My prices include all/any Paypal fees.✦If you are paying with currency outside of USD please be prepared to pay any fees.✦Custom design commission refunds are available throughout the entire process. Although, I obtain the rights to sell, keep, gift, or trade the design if refunded.✦PLEASE PAY WITH YOUR OWN ACCOUNT! I do not want to be responsible for a child possibly buying something without their parents permission, thank you!✦I have the right to refund the commissioner without any explanation.
